Summer Abroad in Rome, Italy
Temple University Rome Campus

Temple University’s Rome campus is located on the Tiber River near the Piazza del Popolo in Rome’s historic center. Established in 1966, Temple Rome is an ideal location for study abroad. 

Admission Criteria:

U.S. law school applicants must have completed their first year of legal studies and be in good disciplinary and academic standing. First-year JD law students are considered for program admission after fall semester grades are released. Please submit:
  1. Completed online application form
  2. Resume
  3. Letter of good standing from applicant’s law school (following the release of first semester grades, if applying for admission after your first year)
  4. $50 nonrefundable application fee paid via check or money order made payable to Temple University and mailed to the Office of Graduate and International Programs (Temple students exempted)
Applications are accepted in the Fall, and are due by April 1 for students who do not need a visa to study in Italy, and due March 1 for students who do need a visa to study in Italy. Extensions may be available upon request.
